2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, phone number, email address, selected department and doctor, preferred date and time, and any message you write in the appointment or contact form.
- Technical information. Your IP address and submission timestamp are recorded with each form submission to help prevent spam and abuse.
- We do not ask for medical records. Please do not send test results, scans, or detailed clinical history through the website forms.
3. How we use your information
- To contact you about the appointment or enquiry you submitted.
- To confirm availability with the relevant department or facility.
- To respond to questions about services, timings or listings.
- To detect and prevent automated or abusive form submissions.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.
4. Where your information is stored
Form submissions are written to a protected file on our hosting server and, once email notifications are configured, also delivered to our support inbox. Access is limited to personnel who need it in order to process your request.
5. How long we keep it
Appointment and enquiry records are retained only as long as necessary to handle the request and any reasonable follow-up, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website uses a single PHP session cookie, which exists to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser. Third-party fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and photographs may be served from an external image host; those providers may log the request as part of delivering the file. If an analytics tool is added later, this section must be updated.
7. Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate details.
- Ask us to delete your submission.
- Withdraw consent for further contact.

8. Security
We apply reasonable technical measures including server-side validation, CSRF protection, submission rate limiting and restricted access to stored submissions. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive clinical information through web forms.
9. Children
Appointments for children should be requested by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the information submitted on the child’s behalf.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. The revision date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
