Emergency Information

What to do in an urgent situation

If a situation is life-threatening, contact your local emergency service immediately — do not wait for an online response. Signs that need emergency care include chest pain, difficulty breathing, heavy bleeding, loss of consciousness, seizures, stroke symptoms (face drooping, arm weakness, slurred speech) or a serious injury.

Before you travel, if you safely can

  • Carry the patient’s ID and any previous medical reports
  • Note current medicines, allergies and known conditions
  • Keep one family contact number reachable at all times
  • Do not give food, water or medication unless advised by a doctor

Medical Care Hub provides emergency information and coordination support only. We do not claim to operate ambulance services or emergency response teams. Emergency service numbers must be confirmed locally before relying on any published contact.

Medical Reports Information

Reports, records and follow-up

How laboratory reports and consultation records are handled, and what you should keep.

Collecting lab reports

Routine pathology reports are typically ready the same or next working day depending on the test. Bring your receipt or reference number, and ask the laboratory to confirm the collection time when the sample is taken.

What to bring to a visit

Previous reports, a list of current medicines with dosages, known allergies, and any imaging you already have. This prevents repeated tests and gives the doctor a full picture.

Privacy of your records

Details you send through this website are used only to process your request. We do not publish, sell or share patient information. See our Privacy Policy for the full statement.

Report timelines described here are general guidance only. Confirm exact turnaround times with the laboratory handling your test.
